Canyon Recycling and Transfer Enterprises establishes a non-profit corporation with a charter to promote Reduce, Reuse and Recycling of resources through management of a refuse transfer station,a recycle center and a resale store of discarded and donated materials.  It will also provide Reducing, Reusing and Recycling education through community and school programs.
